Delivery Information
UK Orders
Please Note: Next-day delivery refers to the next working day. Orders are not dispatched on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or public/bank holidays.
Standard Delivery
- We use EVRI 2-4 days for our Standard Delivery service. Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery.
- For faster shipping, EVRI 1-3 days is available for orders placed before 12:00pm, Monday to Friday (GMT).
- Our fastest shipping DPD next day needs to be ordered before 2:00pm.
Orders placed after 2:00 pm on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.
Important Notes:
- Tracked 24 delivery may not be available for some remote areas, such as the Scottish Highlands & Islands. Please contact our Customer Service team for assistance if you're unsure about delivery options for your location.
- Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
- We aim to deliver as quickly as possible, but delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to potential delays outside of our control.
European & International Orders
We aim to deliver European and International orders within 3-10 working days of dispatch, though delivery may occur sooner in many cases. All orders are shipped via DPD international.
Duties & Taxes:
- Origin & Alchemy is based in the UK. Any customs duties or taxes imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the cost of your item.
- As of January 1, 2021, this includes orders shipped to EU countries and Ireland.
Dispatch Confirmation & Tracking
- A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order is dispatched, provided a valid email address is supplied at checkout. Tracking will either be through EVRI or DPD, depending on the shipping method used.
- For UK addresses considered offshore (e.g., Northern Ireland, Jersey, Isle of Man, or other islands), the most cost-efficient shipping method will be used.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of the expected delivery timeframe, please:
- Check the tracking information provided in your dispatch email.
- If the issue cannot be resolved with the courier, contact us immediately for assistance.
Important: Customers must report missing items within 7 days of the dispatch notification. If a parcel is delayed, we may need to follow the courier’s claim process, which can take up to 5 working days.
Customer Responsibilities
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If you move or change your address, ensure your account details are updated before placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for deliveries sent to an old or incorrect address.
- Origin & Alchemy is not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to strikes, industrial disputes, network issues, or natural disasters.
