Returns & Undelivered Orders
If you wish to return your Origin & Alchemy product, please contact us at Admin@originandalchemy.com with the details of your return request. The more information you provide, the faster we can assist you.
Undelivered or ‘Return to Sender’ Shipments:
- If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or being marked as ‘Return to Sender,’ you will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping.
- Once the original package is received back at our facility, we will send you a payment link to cover the new shipping fee.
- We will then re-dispatch your order so it can reach you as soon as possible!
International Shipping & Customs Fees
- International deliveries typically take 10-14 working days but may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
- We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates for overseas orders due to possible delays caused by customs clearance.
Customs Duties & Taxes
- Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges that apply upon arrival in your country are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend checking with your local customs office for potential additional charges before placing an order.
Non-Refundable Items
As cacao is a consumable product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened packages for health and safety reasons.
However, if you have any concerns about your order or are unsatisfied in any way, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
While we aim to deliver your order on time, Origin & Alchemy cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:
- Severe weather conditions
- Customs delays
- Postal service disruptions
- Other force majeure events
