Celtic sea salt, also known as "Sel de Guérande" or "Sel Gris," is hand-harvested from the salt marshes of Brittany, France, using traditional methods over 2,000 years old. The grey-blue clay in the salt fields naturally enriches it with minerals and trace elements, giving it a light grey colour and a rich, complex flavour. Seawater is slowly evaporated by the sun, and the salt is carefully collected by hand, then dried for six months without any processing. Packed with natural minerals and free from additives, this pure, flavourful salt is perfect for elevating any dish.
