Celtic sea salt is hand-harvested from the salt marshes of Brittany, France, using traditional methods over 2,000 years old. The grey-blue clay in the salt fields naturally enriches it with minerals and trace elements, giving it a light grey colour and a rich, complex flavour. Seawater is slowly evaporated by the sun, and the salt is carefully collected by hand, then dried for six months without any processing.
